Stretching is so important. Love the cross-training I am getting by following a program. I was in a workout rut!

  2. What a fun shot! I am still trying to gather the courage to bring my camera in to a yoga class or the weight room at my gym.

  3. LOL! The people at my club are used to me taking my camera everywhere. If they look curious, I tell them I am part of a Project365 that has swept the world. They are so impressed and don't think I am weird after that. :)

  4. I had my best body ever the 18 months I tri-trained. Never ran the race but the workouts were FANTASTIC. Wait till you see what it does to your butt! :-)

  5. I agree RedGypsie! I am already seeing changes. The "muscle confusion" is really good. I probably worked out more hours before this training, but I think the variety is REALLY good for my body! I remember trying to train for one in 2005, but it just didn't work with my schedule, and I had to abandon it.
