One of the delightful discoveries about triathlon training was how much I really enjoy swimming. I have it as part of my cross-training now, and I love it. It relaxes me and makes me sleep SOLIDLY! I took some time off after the triathlon because I had some shoulder pain, but I am all healed up and ready to do it two to three times a week. :)
I love pictures of water, Carol! Just looking at it is soothing. Wish I could swim well enough to get a workout, never mind compete in a triathlon. You are amazing!
