Tonight was our annual Sweetheart Banquet. The devotional came to life as a local potter demonstrated actual pottery making.

My out of town guests left (three 20-somethings in my basement), and I was on my way out the door for a eight mile bike ride, errands, swim, and weights when my insurance called wanting proof for our good student discount. I was a little frustrated with the delay until I paused to appreciate such a diligence son! Thanks Julie too for giving us the Bravewriter philosophy! English Composition: Argument was a breeze for him!

I've known these two since the first week they stepped off the plane from Malaysia in September of 2009. I cannot believe how fluent they are in English now! They came over to watch the Super Bowl with their dad.
